- Dry & Boxed Foods
- Sauces & Spreads
- Beverages
- Dairy Items
- Frozen Item
- Coffee, Tea & Cocoa

How to apply?
Fill in the questionnaire.
Step 1: To register your company in RetailForce database and be considered for this opportunity, please fill in the Capabilities and Product Information Questionnaire (CPIQ) attached. List ALL products you would like considered on one sheet in the same document.
Step 2: Using WeTransfer.com, send the completed CPIQ along with one high-quality product image for each item you wish to submit and any additional documentation you wish to share (Sell Sheets, PDFs, PowerPoints).
Step 3: Our team will review your materials and if we find them generally suitable to submit - we would send you a one-page letter of appointment authorizing RetailForce to act as your broker for Loblaws.
Step 4: Loblaw team will review applications submitted - and some of the companies/brands will be invited for a meeting.
Step 5: If your product is approved for a meeting presentation with Loblaws, RetailForce will coordinate all aspects of the process, including registering, meeting scheduling, logistics, preparation, and will execute the meeting presentation itself as well as the follow-up. You will receive our request for samples if needed.
If you have any items you feel would be a good fit for Loblaw’s private label brands in the above categories and would like to apply for consideration, please submit your product information no later than 11:59 PM PST on July 21, 2024.

Step 1 through 4 - at no cost to you.

Step 5 - If selected for a meeting, total for the meeting fee (standard, fixed fee for any brand) and representation by our experienced team would be $1850. If you are approved to work with Loblaw, RetailForce would be your broker of record and would manage importation, sales, distribution, and all other activities on your behalf for Loblaw banners.
